  My pick-up at the airport was timely and professional (this might seem of little importance, but the last agency I used was 2 1/2 hours late), the apartment was safe, clean, and "Westernized" with 24-hour hot water and other amenities. Its distance to the office was within a short walking distance. Nothing really to complain about, as everything was in perfect order.
