The guest guarantees booking by the credit card. After the credit card authorization is received, the apartment is reserved for you.

We guarantee the apartment.

If a certain apartment is not available for the period requested, we offer a comparable alternative apartment.

Payment for a full stay is charged to your credit card account at this time. This amount is fully refundable unless stay is canceled or reduced less then 15 calendar days before your arrival date.

We issue the confirmation voucher via email. This confirmation is not valid for visa purposes. If you need visa voucher/support, please mark the checkbox above.

KEY RELACEMENT:In the event that key is lost, client will be charged $35 for changing the lock to the apartment.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT RULES: Check-in time is after 2:00PM and check-out time is noon (12:00PM). Early check-in & late check-out is additional 50% of one night's stay if apartment is vacant. This fee is payable in cash at time of check-in/check-out.
